We are currently looking for submissions to future issues of Karate Fist. Email a short paragraph about you (5-10 lines), alongside some examples / links of your work to:

All applications will be reviewed and we will let you know if you have been selected to take part in one of our issues.
All applicants will be paired with another and will be required to make 2 - 4 pieces of collaborative work for the particular publication. More details will be sent to successful applicants.
There is no deadline, however, due to weight of submissions the sooner you apply the sooner we can let you know the outcome.

CONTRIBUTORS ARE CHOSEN BY KARATE FIST AND ARE PAIRED ACCORDING TO THE WHIM OF KARATE FIST.
CONTRIBUTORS REMAIN ANONYMOUS, CREATING A SINGULAR PERSONA OR PSEUDONYM FOR THEIR COLLABORATIVE EFFORT.
KARATE FIST LAYS NO OWNERSHIP TO THE WORKS, BUT DOES RETAIN A COPYRIGHT OVER THE WORKS FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE CONTRIBUTORS INVOLVED.
KARATE FIST IS ALWAYS OPEN TO SUBMISSIONS FOR INCLUSION IN THEIR PUBLICATIONS, THOUGH IT IS UNLIKELY THEY WILL USE WORKS SUBMITTED, BUT THEY MAY CONTACT APPLICANTS TO ASK THAT NEW WORK BE PRODUCED. THEY HOLD QUARTERLY CALL OUTS FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR INCLUSION TO THE PUBLICATION.
APPLICANTS AND MEMBERS OF KARATE FIST NEED NOT BE ARTISTS, IN ANY SENSE OF THE WORD, BUT WILL BE REQUIRED TO CREATE A VISUAL CONTRIBUTION IN COLLABORATION WITH ANOTHER.
CONTRIBUTIONS CAN INCLUDE VIDEO, SOUND, ETC, BUT MUST BE ABLE TO FIT INTO OR ACROSS A5 PAGES.
CONTRIBUTIONS CAN BE PURELY THEORETICAL.
